DAO Club Shines in American Computer Science League

American Computer Science leagueDavidson Academy Online competed in the American Computer Science League this past school year, an asynchronous computer science competition. Through four team competitions of a short answer and programming portion, the team scored 118/120 points, tying for third with 2 other schools out of 131 schools for Intermediate 3 and placing first in Nevada.

Finals was an individual competition for students who scored enough points through the team competitions. Laszlo, Nir, Samuel, Tiko, Timothy, Toprak had an amazing run at finals. Congratulations to Laszlo, Nir, and Samuel for winning GOLD in the finals for Intermediate. Only 18 of 559 contestants won GOLD.
